Acceptable Use Policy
The returns platform is built to be fair to shoppers and safe for brands. These rules apply to every account and every person a brand invites.
1. Fair treatment of shoppers
- Do not hide, remove or delay the refund option where consumer law gives the shopper a right to a refund.
- Do not use exchange offers or store credit in a way that misleads shoppers about their options.
- Show return windows, fees and deductions clearly before the shopper confirms a request.
2. AI flags and shopper decisions
- Pattern flags from the AI Return Reason Analyst must be reviewed by a person before any action is taken on a shopper.
- Do not use flags to treat shoppers differently based on religion, caste, gender, disability or any other protected characteristic.
3. Data
- Use shopper data only to handle their returns and related service messages, unless the shopper has agreed to more.
- Do not upload data you have no right to use, or data unrelated to returns.
- Do not export refund details such as UPI IDs or bank accounts for any other purpose.
4. Platform security
- Do not share logins between people. Invite each team member with their own account.
- Do not test, probe or overload the platform or its API beyond the published limits.
- Report any suspected security issue through the Returns Desk.
5. Lawful products
The platform may not be used to handle returns of goods that are illegal to sell where the brand operates.
6. Enforcement
If an account breaks these rules, we may ask the brand to fix the issue, limit features or suspend the account. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to the account being closed under the Terms of Service.
