Billing, answered
What counts as a processed return?
A return request that is approved and resolved by an exchange, store credit or refund. Rejected and cancelled requests are not billed. An order with three returned items counts as one return.
What does the free trial include?
30 days on the C60 feature set, for up to 1,000 returns. No card is needed to start. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or the account pauses.
Are courier and payment charges included?
No. You pay couriers and your payment gateway directly at your own rates. Vyatyasa does not mark them up.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move between C30 and C60 at any time from the dashboard. Changes apply from the next billing month.
Are prices shown with taxes?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Indian brands are invoiced with GST.
